Hi,
A guild member (Toinouux , a shadow priest from Hyjal(eu)) notified us that his rankings wasn’t updated. So i’ve checked the logs that was done by another guild member, by using the “live log” function (https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/qaQCD4MyFXkBNt9h/) and saw that his overall DPS was showing when looking at the “all kills” tab, somehow his characters isn’t in the “ranking” tab.
I’ve tried to hit the export button to update the report but still no ranking for him. So I decided to upload the logs I’ve got as backup (https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/cqg37Ynv1tNRFWMj/) and the issue is still there.
Is it related to some settings on our sides or something else ? I dunno if I should create a ticket to be honest
