Is there something I;m doing here that’s causing my character to not get ranked on kills?

Can you answer me a question please? Did you by chance have a character with the same name previously on this server and renamed/moved it then made a new one to replace it?
It seems lodestone is very confused about the character, which is breaking our link with it:
As you see, two exist in 1 server. Which is breaking things. Once lodestone properly updates the logs should be easily fixable by going to the “Rankings” tab of a report and scrolling down and clicking the blue “Export” button.

Oh that would be it then, i didn’t think that would affect it, its relating to a transfer im planning on in the future, so i can fix it later at some point, thanks for explaining!
