I’ve been trying to look at my rankings on this log: https://www.fflogs.com/reports/tJjPCHBNyR2nYLcd

I appear normally on the Analyze tab, but my character is missing entirely from the Rankings tab and this log doesn’t show up on my page. It’s confusing because while the log is in queue, either from being reuploaded or when I toggle from public to private and back again, my character appears under Rankings normally–the row just disappears when the log is no longer “processing.”
Double checked that I already claimed the character on Lodestone and have region set to EU, so I don’t think those are the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
