I followed the youtube video on the help page to claim my character. I would copy and paste the code into the profile, save and then click the import button on fflogs and it produces the same error every time (The code doesn’t match the one we issued). I have tried waiting, typing out the code manually in case something happened during the copy/paste and it always failed. I took snapshots of me doing each step, and it produces the error each time.
It fails in Chrome for some people for reasons I’ve never been able to figure out. Use Edge or Safari.
