There’s a bug which makes some balance druids show up as resto druids in the logs on the Azshara fight in Eternal Palace as seen below:

You can’t see their setup under the talents/trinkets/azerite panel, but if you inspect each log you can see that they all use spells such as celestial alignment, guardian of azeroth and starfall which aren’t available to resto druids.
