Assa rogues suffered 2 major changes in prepatch.
1st hemo was nerfed from 20k dmg to 5/6
2nd exanguinate nerf, from 400% to 100% speed
Both (but specially exa) reduced this spec DPS heavily.
I just cant compare about how much i should be doing because all the top logs are before those nerfs.
Is there something i can do?
