our Guilds run (https://classic.warcraftlogs.com/reports/HTjZmXyFLJbAV1Pr#boss=-2&wipes=2&start=87811&end=3650302&type=damage-done) shows up in Boss DPS on our Server Overview. However there is nothing in the Trash/Boss DPS Section. Is there a Problem with the Logs? The last Raid had the same Problem afaik.

Go to the rankings tab of the report and re-export it. If you still don’t have trash+boss ranks, it may be that you got ranked in the with skips category (which doesn’t allow boss+trash ranks, since you’re skipping trash).
