[Help pls] Failed to parse the update descriptor file

Help pls! Warcraft Logs Uploader not works =(

I run the program, error:
Failed to parse the update descriptor file: [StatusUpdateErrorEvent (type=updateError text=Error #2032 id=16822 + subErrorID=2032)]?

I click OK
and cannot login

just once a program has stopped working
(About two weeks ago)
