Warcraft logs issue

Hello, I’m using the Warcraft Log app in In-game mode to screen players willing to join a party/raid. 3 or 4 days ago, it stopped screening players. I cannot check their logs automatically. There is no number on the Warcraft Logs app, nor are players detected in the column on the right. I was using the app for months before, and there was no single issue. Do you have any idea what is wrong?
