Question about Public/Private logging

Hey guys,
Just a quick question.

  1. if a log is uploaded as private, can you link it to someone so that they can see it or is it only view-able by you?

  2. Are private logs taken into account for rankings? (Rankings as in when you type someones name in the search bar and there best hist % comes up)

Private = only viewable by you (if personal log) or your guild (if guild)
Unlisted = viewable by anyone who knows the link to the report
Public = viewable by anybody

Only public logs have rankings.
