That report is only 4 minutes long. Your logging AddOn is breaking M+ logging basically.
Check these two tweets by our engineer Xeph, it explains how to set addons up for M+ logging so they don’t interfere with it:

Also, you can download Loggerhead Lite to log encounters while disabling logging everywhere else.
