No class set for this character

My character (Zhogma, at Shazzrah EU) appears in the Classic Warcraftlogs section if you look for it but it says there’s no class set for that character once you click on it.

He also does not appear in my characters list. I’ve linked battle.net to my account and I see my character in retail, but not in classic. How can I claim the character AND set a class for it? There’s log with it already, I don’t understand how can it not have a class.

This will sort itself out if you ever get ranked in a log.

The same is happening to me. I do however, have rankings in several logs but I get the same error.
