My character wont upload and i cant claim it

I live logged my AQ20, wont let me claim log, i also UPLOADED the log, and still cant claim character. How do i fix this?

Send a ticket to support.classic@warcraftlogs.com. With the report’s link and your character’s name and server an in-game picture of the character and your username in WCL.
