Missing Character Logs

I have run logs for ages. I recently did a name change and for whatever reason, my character isnt connecting with logs.

when i search my character it comes up. but no logs attach

when i look at the rankings, every person in the raid is there except my character - bearclaws - Frostmourne.

you can see in the logs that my damage and dps is showing under summary. but when you click on rankings it shows everyone except me
