Merge Older Toon Logs

Is it now possible to merge logs from a toon, prior to transfer, with the logs associated with where that toon is now? The following are for the toon in question:

I know there are a few threads pertaining to this issue from a year ago, but the site has had a few updates since then, so I thought it couldn’t hurt to ask.
