Logs showing different info

Hi there,
In today’s Heroic HFC run, I was running personal logs and someone else in the guild I ran with was running logs too, both of these reports show different information.
I’ve been reading a few posts and see there is an issue with rankings when phased ?, is this the reason for such anomalies ?

Yes, the whole instance is broken with regards to phasing now.
