It seems this log was not uploaded by the original person who recorded it.
The date is set in the wrong year, that’s usually what it means. Or a PC clock issue.
Have the original uploader re-upload the log themselves rather than giving it to someone else, if it already was uploaded by them then it’s just bugged out sadly.
