Logs not counting towards rankings - unsure what was missed

Hi,

It looks like our last raid encounter was omitted from log rankings despite AQ40 being full-cleared.
I logged the entire encounter, and even re-uploaded as a single contiguous log (since we raid across 2 days) however it’s still not being counted.

Any idea on what was wrong? Did I miss an encounter of any kind, or do the rankings not get updated but once per week?

Complete raids can’t span multiple days sorry. Once there’s a large enough gap, I assume they’re different raids.
