Logs Did Not Transfer Correctly

I recently transferred my character from Stormrage to Illidan and the logs DID transfer over for a short amount of time before going away. I am not sure how this happened but it seems like it worked originally then failed some time after the successful transfer of logs.

Is there a way to get those logs transferred back over? Thanks.

There was a bad bug with the first version of the merge feature, so I had to roll back all of those merges during the downtime.

There will be a manual merge feature coming soon.
