Log not updating to profile

Hi!

Someone logged two bosses that I took part in and the parses are not updating on my profile. I have tried exporting but my profile still has not updated. I purchased gold to see if it was a queue issue, but my logs stay in queue and nothing happens. Logs and profile are below. Fights in question are for Conclave and King Rastakhan.

They uploaded to the wrong region.

Is there any way to fix the issue? I really don’t want these to go to waste.

They just have to upload to the correct region.
