Help with DPS performance comparison issue

My Perf % and iLvL % are not showing up for Heroic raid logs. However they are showing up on normal mode. I have advanced combat logging on. The heroic was run before the normal EN and I didn’t change anything. Here are links to the logs. I’m not sure why it’s working for normal but not heroic.

First one was not logged with Advanced Combat Logging.

I turned on Advanced Combat Logging 2 weeks prior to this raid and I have disabled it since.
