Difference between ACT Dps and FFlog DPS

I did Ifrit unsynced as test and got the following results:
ACT: 1487,30 DPS
FFLOG: 1456,90 DPS

Is there a way to them to show the same result?

Nope. FFLogs calculates DOTs differently and also counts overkill.
