Character update is not possible

In my information, the character log is updated, but when I search, the character log appears as old.
There seems to be a conflict.

“Namki” , “Namky” Same problem .

When searching in wcl, two characters appear, but neither log is displayed.
Instead, if I check it in the personal log, the log comes out normally.
This problem is really stressful. Please solve it.
