I have created a Guild and shared Auto-Join Code to my friends, they try to join the Guild but I can’t find any applicant on the web, so they can’t open the private log. Where can I promote them?

We are China region, maybe not supported link to Battle.net.
Before, I promoted a member(applicant) on this page, but today I can’t find anything after another one use Code join, and try again warn You are already a member of this guild!
