AQ40 Twin Emps boss parse is different than overall parse?

When looking at rankings in my guild under the “Damage” tab I see that some members have a 99 on twin emperors, and then if I check the “Boss Damage” tab some of those same members have a 98. They have zero damage to bugs in both fights, so I know its not that. What’s the reason for this difference in parse?
