Any other payment options beside Patreon?

I don’t (won’t) use Patreon. I don’t want any of the features the Patreon levels give anyway, so it doesn’t have to be tracked or mapped to my account or anything. I’d just like to contribute a bit since I’ve used the service for years but I don’t see the ads. I’d like to contribute a years worth of silver level. If I’m still using it next year (probable), I’d like to do it again (won’t sign up to a recurring thing, but would appreciate a reminder). Maybe, if I’ve had a bit of wine, I’d pay…

Although Patreon abandoned their proposed fee overhaul back in December after causing an outcry, that episode was enough to deter me.
