# Problem with linking to the Bnet account

Hello,  
I linked my wow logs account by removing permission to access [Batte.net](http://Batte.net).  
when I try to import characters from my account but I get an error message: The character import failed or the link failed. If you have not authorized Warcraft Logs to display your character profile, you must unlink, revoke CMT authorization on [battle.net](http://battle.net), and re-establish the link. When reconnecting, check all possible boxes this time  
But I dont know how…

On your [battle.net](http://battle.net) account pages, under Security and Privacy, there is an Authorized Applications section. Go there and remove WCL from the list.
