# No ranks showed in out reports

HI
I’m from China and I uploaded two reports last week, but no character of our guild got ranked.

I think this problem is caused by I havn’t import the roster of our gulid, but when I click the “click here” button,it shows “An error occurred fetching the guild data. Make sure your guild name exactly matches the guild name used in-game.” I trust the guild name is correct.
And it worked when we were in another realm.Could help me to fix it?

Blizzard has disabled their [Battle.net](http://Battle.net) API in China for some reason, so I have no way of validating characters or importing guild rosters.
