Hey, so it’s been a few days now and my logs haven’t transferred over, and I have a friend who transferred and his logs have already transferred over, I was wondering why? I also had to change my name so could that be the reason why? My old logs, name, and server: [https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/area-52/idiotboy#rankingmetric=hps](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/area-52/idiotboy#rankingmetric=hps) My new name and server:[https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/illidan/dumbowumbo#rankingmetric=hps](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/illidan/dumbowumbo#rankingmetric=hps) ---

Did you try using the manual merge option? In your Settings? ---
