# Cannot claim characters

I’ve uploaded logs from multiple characters yet only one of them was ever claimed(one that I did not want to be claimed too). I’ve uploaded new logs since and the characters from whom I’m logging are never claimed.

Make sure the Anonymous checkbox is unchecked.

The character name is displayed in the log and I have logs in the guild where the my character names are displayed too. Is there any additional anonymous checkbox?
Edit: nvm, At least one character is attached succesfully now. Guess all my deleting logs back and forth and everything else finally paid off.
