Public logs aren't showing up on my character page?

Hey all, my guild ran H ToS Nov 21 and I had a teammate logging the run:

For whatever reason my parses were not showing up on my character profile (Magiksix-BleedingHollow), after I did the following:

  • Checked with friend if the logs were private
  • Logged off
  • Updated character page
  • Waited a few days and updated again

I’ve asked a few people more experienced than me in WClogs and they don’t seem to have an answer or a hunch as to what’s going on. Help?

Need to log with Advanced Combat Logging enabled. Network pane of System preferences in-game.

So I’d have to ask the guy who logged to do that?

and I assume that Nov 21 log is lost forever then -_-
