Our guild recently transferred from Hyjal to Illidan with a guild name change. I seem to be having trouble joining the guild and claiming ownership of it.
I get the error message “Failed to obtain member information for this guild. It is possible the guild is not valid according to Battle.net. Post on the forums here and let us know if you believe this is a mistake.”.
Our guild on US-Hyjal was ‘One Punch Guild’ and we transferred to Illidan with the name ‘Placeholder’.
We hope this could get fixed so that we can upload our logs into one place! Thank you!
